Council, staff and volunteers melded together to form an enthusiastic and dedicated band of community builders. As we worked together throughout 2011 we learned more about each others strengths and the strengths of our community and it’s members both as individuals and collectively. With the identifying of strengths comes the identifying of opportunities and areas to build on. You will note I avoided calling them weaknesses. No one or no organizations have weaknesses what they have is areas to build on or areas to add to. Anytime you have an opportunity you need to take the time to fully explore it and to develop it.
